ABOUT PROVIDER
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 24 years of clinical experience in mental health. I received my Masters of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling from Springfield College in 2000. My previous experience includes extensive work with adults who experience severe and persistent mental illness. Additionally have worked in various mental health settings such as hospitals, residential treatment programs, clinics, courts, and non-profit organizations. I opened my private practice in 2009. I have experience treating adults with depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I specialize in helping couples work through frustrations and teach communication skills so they feel more connected. I strive to help all clients and couples establish positive communication skills and stronger relationships by working through difficult emotions. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore emotions that are holding you back in life or are just plain uncomfortable. When I am not in the office, I love spending time with my family, going on long walks with my dog, and planning the next adventure.

“I’ve been seeing Jessica for nearly 13 years, and she’s helped walk and talk me through some low lows as well as celebrated with me during the high highs. The fact alone I’ve been seeing her for over a decade says enough. She’ll help you truly process what is affecting you, even if you’re not yet aware of the reason (yet). Jessica has been nothing but a tremendous help int he last 13 years and I am very grateful.”
